They are the very best and really nice people. We’ve been working with them for a very long time helping with the Post string products and Mattress products. Fast service and very accommodating. Troy answered all questions and had us out fast and back on the road. Had lots of parts on sale. I would definitely call and use them again.

I was 200 miles from home when I found the EPDM roof on my RV was partially detached. I found Economy RV on the internet and went directly there. Troy could not have been more helpful. He came up with a way to secure the roofing so I could continue my trip and return home. I would highly recommend Economy and would absolutely use them for any repairs if they were closer. Way superior to the RV repair places in my area.

Troy and his staff were great. They listened and gave an accurate quote. They helped us with our trailer issues. They were very accommodating. They did a great job.

We are living in our RV for an 8 month trip and we needed our propane checked for a possible leak. Troy took us in as an emergency and checked our rig right away. No leaks were found, but he loaded us up with tips and tricks about our unit. We are happy we stopped in for service and we feel that Troy was honest and fair in his pricing. I'd give them 7 stars. What else if you have been helped on a Chistmas day when everybody's closed! My RV suspension leaf spring got broken in the middle of Big Sur. Unlucky lucky we were: pulled safe to the side with perspective of couple days waiting and a BIG BUCK towing. Trying to reach any shops on Christmas day was like crying for help in a desert. It's either recorded voice message or shops with no parts in stock. RV Economy was the only real person answering phone and carrying stock of parts. On Christmas day they drove to shop to verify part details; once verified they've quoted low price, NOT EVEN TRYING TO TAKE ADVANTAGE, sincerely helping in my dire situation. No AAA, none of a money hungry "don't give a damn big businesses" would ever save your a$$ in a dire situation, only personal integrity, really working small businesses like RV Economy make day to day difference.
Result: suspension is fixed, home (and budget) safe. Who would tell that my best 2019 Christmas gift will be $25 piece of steel from RV Economy.

All the wonderful reviews you read about Economy and Troy are TRUE!! He is the most nicest guy who genuinely wants to help. He had our rig purring like a kitten after an early Sunday morning (YES SUNDAY!!!) visit. I can only give them 5 stars but double it!!!!

I've been having trouble every since I purchased an RV. Broken hot water in less than 2 weeks, yada, yada. I came across these folks and called them and thank God! Troy is one of the nicest business people I've been fortunate enough to meet in a good long time. I would recommend this place first to anyone. He fit me in on short notice on a Friday, took care of all the warranty stuff for me, fixed it while I waited and I'm out the door. Call Economy RV first, you won't be sorry.

Fantastic RV service shop! Our water heater died on a Sunday, while camping in Salinas area, and Troy was willing to come in to work on that Sunday night, just to help us out! Our water heater was fixed in less than an hour, and we were on our way! These guys are the best! Super knowledgeable people, reasonable prices, good stock of parts, and great old-fashioned service!

Troy and Larry are the BEST! Not only did Troy answer the phone at 9am on a Sunday, but he was super friendly and helpful. Since we needed an emergency repair he said he would be able to squeeze us in the next day. We were so relieved. The shop was a little hard to find if you're not from the area, but just keep following the directions, you are in the right place, literally off a beaten path. We arrived at the shop a little later than expected but Larry worked for nearly 6 hours to fix our camper, until about closing time. Troy drove to the hardware store to get parts. We were so grateful that they were trying to get it completed the same day so we wouldn't have a hotel expense. Then came the bill. Of course it is always a shocker and hurts - but when you break it down, they have a fair hourly rate and don't overcharge you on parts. If you are ever in need of repairs or upgrades, bring your RV to Troy and Larry. They are the real deal - fair, honest, friendly, accommodating, and hard working. Thanks Troy and Larry!

Troy and his crew did a wonderful job on our R-Pod installed a window and modified my hitch on the trailer will be having all our RV repairs done here.10++++++++++

Troy, Sharon and Larry and the woman who opened the shop are the best, including the cute sheep hearding dog lol..the dog even let us sit at his table with only a few minor looks every once and a while just to see if we had moved on. We borrowed a friend's rv and let's just say we had some minor body damage in the left back corner, right front corner and the step was sticking. The team worked us in first thing in the morning, explained everything in detail and did an awesome job, I don't know who all worked on it other then Larry but their were two other guys who were very friendly. Sharon made us feel at home and engaged in small chat, from everything from dogs, fires and you name it. My wife and I would definitely recommend Economy RV. The customer service and friendly atmosphere sets them far apart from the competitor's.

Economy RV is great!!! 5th wheel bolt got severed and put us out of commission. Economy fixed it in minutes. Super nice nice folks and got us back on the road. Thanks a ton Economy!

Myself and 3 friends rented an RV for the week. We had constant issues with the RV, missing parts, air bag leveling system didn't work, the doors did't lock. We were not feeling too confident. When we arrived at our second camp site at 6:00pm we realized we left the AC power cord adapter behind, that coupled with a severely slanted campsite, and no leveling blocks, things were looking unfortunate....

I frantically searched and found Troy / Economy RV by pulling up google maps and searching "RV Supply" I am so happy I called Troy. He was the friendliest person we ever could have wished to get in touch with! He had already closed for the day, but offered to stay open for us! We arrived at Economy RV and Troy happily invited us in and we got the power cord adapter and leveling blocks, huge sign of relief. Economy RV, and Troy himself absolutely saved our trip. 100% recommended! Thanks Troy.

This is the simply the best RV Repair shop I've experienced and that handsome Troy is wonderful to work with! Do yourself a favor and make the trip here if you need anything repaired, replaced, installed, checked out...anything! I came to Troy with a list of improvements and repairs for my little TT and he completed those and even more when he noted something that wasn't safe or in good repair. Communication, attention to detail and his patience with me, I ask a LOT of questions, will keep me coming back for sure! They're VERY busy because they're very good so it could take a little while but once again WORTH it!

We recently needed emergency service on our fifth wheel traveling up the coast of CA to OR. Unlike other RV repair sites, Economy RV told us to bring it on in despite the fact that they had a full schedule for the day. Troy and Larry are true professionals who are knowledgeable, thorough, reasonable, and extremely helpful. They got us up and running so we could make our deadline to pick up our daughter at the airport in San Francisco. This would not have happened without Economy RV! To top it all off, the prices were more reasonable than our local shop. 100% recommend.

I asked Troy to do a new install of a skylight on my travel trailer. It was an extremely tight fit.  Troy and his crew installed it perfectly and at a reasonable price.  They also finished it before they said it was going to be finished

Purchased a used Class C and had an issue with my generator. Troy and Larry were on top of it and had to work on it after hours to ensure it was ready for my next trip with the family! Top quality customer service in my book! Definitely recommend to anyone.

I'm more than happy to give a 5 star rating to this business. Troy, the owner, came to my rescue after my awning came open on a very windy drive out of Marina. The tie to the awning got badly snarled up in the gears and I had no way of reaching it. Troy returned my roadside assistance call, ensured I was in a safe place and then came out after 5pm on one of the wildest windy days I can remember, to fix my awning, then ensured all the other awnings were secured too. He charged a very reasonable rate and was super nice, encouraging me to call if I had any other problems or questions with my rig no matter the time of day. Now that's customer service! Thanks Troy!

Highly recommend. While out of town staying at Marina Dunes RV we had a major electrical problem. Marina Dunes gave us two recommended R.V. repairs guys however they where unable to help. Did a Google search for the area and Economy RV came up. Troy answered and said he would trouble shoot over the phone if we had time. With a few basic questions he was able isolate the issue. We preformed the checks he asked and our electrical problem was resolved. Saving us a mobile visit. Troy did a follow up with us letting us know all the services Economy RV offered if we were every in their area again. Thank you Troy.

I would have given them 5 stars however they don't work miracles.  They are the most honest and consistant RV repair business I have had the fortune to deal with.

I was really happy to find a place like this open on a Sunday after realizing that the closest U Haul propane filling station was 60 miles away.  Troy was very nice on the phone and in person.  He also didn't complain about the propane tank being so low which U Haul people are known to do.  Will return again and I recommend them to anyone looking for RV repair and or propane.

Economy rv is great and they also store rvs and boats. They have a friendly atmosphere and are very funny. Troy and larry do the rv work and they are very serious when needed and work hard to get your babies in and out so you can get back on the road. Sheryl is usually in the main office and handles phone calls and contracts. They have 3 doggies and 2 are in training still. They are guard doggies. they may be cute but they sure have a big ole bark. I can assure you that your rv will be safe with them. There is always someone at the yard at all hours to watch over the yard/rvs. Their deals are fantastic too. The longer you have your rv there the less the cost. I deffinitly recommend them.

I have lived in Salinas for about 15 years and always had an RV.  I have never been happy with my choices of repair shops, until now.  Troy and Larry at Economy RV just exceeded my best expectations.  I highly recommend them as your choice for repair of your RV.

We couldn't have been more lucky when the front portion of our 1989 RV's roof blew off on the 101. We were 100 miles from San Jose and needed to get home to Reno. So I turned to Yelp and found Economy RV in Salinas (65 miles away). I called Troy and after making sure we were safe, he had me text him a few photos. He told us they could patch it up and to bring it over the next day. We drove nice and slow, made it without losing more pieces.

Talk about service. They were ready for us with scaffolding already set up, so we just pulled right in and they went to work. After taking a good look he said we had 2 options: spend 1 day patching it to safely get home OR he could take a few days to repair it right and we wouldn't have to worry about that dang old roof again.

We loved Troy and his easy going manner and decided we really wanted them to do the repair. My insurance allowed for us to choose our repair shop so we decided to leave "RAVII" (our RV) in Salinas and rented a car (Larry gave my hubby a ride to the rental counter a few miles away) to go home to Reno.

Before we left we decided on a few more repairs and a generator servicing. A week later my husband returned to Salinas for pick up and was so happy with the work.  Troy and Larry went above and beyond making our old RV look amazing. They are top notch guys and have very reasonable rates, even throwing in some extras. Troy assured us our RV had many more miles of fun!!! I only wish they were closer as old guys like "RAVII" often need a little TLC.
